Medical Aesthetics

When a woman gets married she will be, by definition, the most beautiful woman in the room. She should however feel good about how she looks too and that when she does, her confidence shines through on the day and ever after in the wedding photographs. On such an important day it is the one time to look at your very best. A professional hair and make-up session will certainly help, as will that perfect dress, but if there was ever a time to address those small skin imperfections you always worried about or to look as young, healthy and radiant as you can be, then it is on your wedding day and that is what Medical Aesthetics can provide.

A full range of non-surgical treatments and procedures are available and in many cases the effect is immediate. Others may require repeated treatments over a period of time for full effect and so you should consult with your Medical Aesthetics practitioner well in advance of your wedding day to tailor the right treatment for you at the right time. Since these are non-surgical treatments they can be fitted conveniently into your lifestyle and daily routine. Some can even be done during lunch hour on a normal working day with little required in terms of extended discomfort or after-care. There are two basic reasons for choosing a medical aesthetics treatment. The first of these is for skin conditions and blemishes, such as mild acne, thread veins, and reddening of the skin as a result of prolonged exposure to sunlight and the second is to redress the effects of ageing and to improve the feel, health and appearance of skin. Treatments include Intense Pulse Light (IPL) or lasers which can effect hair removal and reduce redness and thread veins. Other options include skin peels to rejuvenate, fillers to plump and fill wrinkles and add definition to lips, anti-wrinkle injections, tattoo removal and much more. Make an appointment with a Medical Aesthetics consultant to discuss your options.
